Strawberry juice bubbly made with hand-harvested parcels of organic Grolleau and Gamay grapes, pressed with the stems on and fermented for three weeks in stainless with natural indigenous yeasts and 0 temperature control. Fine crafted thing by one of the best in Vouvray, maybe even the Loire.
