Wine white Ayre is obtained through a maceration of the grape juice with the skins for 6-12 hours in duration and a temperature of 6 - 8 ° C. This maceration achieves a greater extraction of aromatic components and varietal character, as well as enhance the sensations in the mouth. Clarification is long, increased contact of radioactive substances with the grape juice, increasing the contribution of fruity aromas.
This wine is made 100% with the Verdejovariety.
