Tenimenti Civa is part of an ongoing effort to revitalize commercial growing of the Ribolla Gialla grape varietal in Friuli and Venezia Giulia. Historically indigenous to the Alpine foothills of Italy and Slovenia, it's a wonderful and delicate little varietal. Truly ancient and worth preserving!
