Elaborated by the Mascaró family in their winery located in Vilafranca del Penedès, Catalonia. The family now in their 3rd generation is specialized in the production of top-quality spirit drinks and distilled spirits, a brand name with their own unique character. The Vermouth Premium Siset was born as homage to the founder of the company, Narciso Mascaró Marcé, popularly known as “Siset”, for its elaboration they use the variety Parellada sourced from their own estate “Mas Miquel” in Aiguamurcia. Fortified with “Holandas” (wine spirit) from the solera system of Narciso Mascaró Brandy and distilled from the Ugni Blanc variety. Aromatized with herbs and species which include Artemisia, juniper, orange peel and other local botanic that provide its characteristic taste and aroma.  A dry and aromatic nose of herbs, liquorice and balsamic notes. Well balance between acidity and bitterness with a hint of sweetness and a light bitterish, intense and fresh finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or as a base for cocktails, to be served on ice with orange peel.
