Artisanal Sandwiches and Salads
Our sandwiches and salads are fresh and diligently made with care, to order. Sandwiches are done on sourdough baguette and are a reasonable sandwich size, cut into halves whether served on a plate or wrapped up for a walk. Our salads are charming and fresh and come with the dressing on the side when ordered to go but will be fully clothed when enjoyed here with us.

Sardine tails from Asturias or Rias Baixas, depending on the season. Cut by hand, grilled with holm oak wood, and preserved in “Arbequina Torre Canena” Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a smooth and high-quality oil that does not detract any attention from the Sardine.
